History

We make real traditional beef sausages (boerewors) that is very popular among customers.  

The ingredients or spices are original and used with great pride.

When do we make beef sausages (boerewors) and biltong?

Boerewors and biltong orders are processed when an order is received. It will be appreciated if customers can order one week in advance.  

Where do you get the meat? 

Quality imported Australian or North American beef is used for the boerewors. 

Do you deliver?

Deliveries can be made any place in Taichung City and even some of the towns in the countryside. For deliveries outside Taichung City refrigerated transport is used. Details are provided on order. The delivery can be made to any address, but please make sure the address is in Mandarin (Chinese). 

Up to what amount can be ordered?

There is no limit on any amount, but if the order exceeds 6kg the delivery will be made in 2 separate boxes. This is only to simplify handling and despatching.   

Boerewors Flavors and Prices

Regular = NT$330 p/kg (A blend of great boerewors spices,beef and pork fat)   

Chili = NT$350 p/kg (A dash of chili pepper for an extra hot taste)  

Cheese = NT$370 p/kg (Enough cheese to taste the difference) 

Biltong

Regular 250g = NT$ 210

Chili Bites  250g = NT$ 230

If biltong is unavailable, please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.
